Says Franchise Report 2019 Our independent survey proves Just Shutters ‘Go the Extra Mile’ for our franchisees. Also, they are ‘Proud’ to be a part of Just Shutters and 100% of them love our ‘Marketing Support!’ These are just some of the great things you can expect as a Just Shutters Franchisee. We rated 7% higher overall than the national average when it came to the number of franchisees who would ‘do it again’. While more Just Shutters franchisees would ‘Recommend us to Others’ than most UK franchises. Additionally, we scored a whopping 28% higher than the national average when it comes to our marketing support..
We put franchisee satisfaction at the heart of what we do. So, we commissioned the independent report from WorkBuzz to understand the true picture of satisfaction among our network.
We wanted to have the detailed feedback to help us know what we do right and importantly what we can improve and give us the knowledge and insight into how we can best nurture our amazing family of franchisees. This helps us strengthen our network and give you the opportunity to benefit from what we have learned too.

The crux: would franchise owners recommend the franchise and if given the chance, would they do it all over again?
The answer – an overwhelming YES!
85% say they will renew their franchise contract when it is due for renewal. Other areas we excelled include brand love, affection and the ‘family’ atmosphere of our company. While we recognise franchisees concerns, with ‘work-life balance’ being the area we see being of biggest concern to our network, which sits exactly on par with the national average scores among franchisees. This shows us that they are all working extremely hard, the business is flooding in and we will endeavour to continue to improve our support to them as they grow their businesses.
